Below are a sample of developments we have purchased while acting for our clients. We tend to favour in off plan, residential property, in up market Central London areas. We, on behalf of our clients, oversea the whole process from acquisition to rental and eventual resale. We also manage the flat for the client and are also able to furnish the property to suit the rental market.

19 Cresswell Gardens - SW5Formerly a hotel, this building was converted into a block of 4 flats. Finished to a very high standard by the developer and furnished beautifully, these flats have been very popular.

Pimlico Place - SW1VA block of 77 modern flats. The building has 24 hour concierge, a well stocked on site gym and secure parking. The flats are very well proportioned, each offering some outdoor space. The block is located 5 minutes from Victoria main line station and is in constant demand.

Caxton Hall - SW1HThis stunning building used to be Westminster Town Hall, made famous as the site of many of Winston Churchill's war time speeches and later the site of numerous famous weddings, including Elizabeth Taylor to Richard Burton. Left derelict for years the building was converted into 12 residential flats in 2009. The flats retain many of the original details that made the building so beautiful.
