Since 1970 Harold Phillips has been active in the London market in the acquisition, letting, furnishing, management and eventual resale of residential property as an investment vehicle. This experience has filtered down to the company as a whole and we now have a focused and energetic team who  believe that our ability to see opportunities early is key to our success.

Recently we have expanded our influence to Eastern Europe, realising the potential for growth in countries such as Poland and Germany where we have acquired a number of buildings on behalf of our clients.
