We’ll be closed over the festive period

Phillips and Southern will be closed from 1pm on 20^th December 2019 and re-opening on 9:30am on 6^th January 2020.

During this time, an emergency contractor will be available to cover the following:

1. Lack of hot water and heating
2. Loss of power throughout the property resulting in essential kitchen
   equipment not functioning
3. Severe leaks or flood

In the event of either of the above problems, please call Aspect Maintenance on 020 3944 5626 or email [email protected]

Any other maintenance issues will be dealt with, as soon as we return from the holiday.

Please note that our plumbers and electricians also need a holiday, and as such Aspect Maintenance will be unavailable on 24^th, 25^th, 26^th, 31^st December 2019 and the 1^st January 2020. In the event of an emergency during this period, we would like to ask you to make your own arrangements with an alternative contractor of your choice.

Unfortunately, there have been occasions in the past when tenants have requested an emergency visit for less important maintenance problems. As a result, Phillips and Southern will be forced to charge the tenant for any invoices of this nature.
