In 1969, Harold founded Phillips Kay and Lewis and worked tirelessly over the next three decades to grow the company into one of London’s most successful residential investment firms.
Attracting and retaining clients from all over Europe and Asia, Harold started Phillips & Southern in 2000, expanding out from London to embrace new markets, new trends and new opportunities across Europe.
Alex’s main focus is on new investments, both in London and internationally. Finding the cities – and crucially the areas within those cities – that offer the greatest opportunities for investment is a challenge he relishes and he can often be found exploring previously overlooked neighbourhoods in key European cities in search of the next big thing.
