TENANT FEES
Fees payable for Housing Act Tenancies (AST) prices are including VAT
Holding Deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent)
This will be put towards your first rent due on completion of the tenancy agreement.
Traditional Deposit (annual rental less than £50,000)
Equivalent 5 weeks’ rent
Traditional Deposit (annual rental more than £50,000)
Equivalent 6 weeks’ rent
Change of sharer
Up to £50 for new reference and providing a new tenancy agreement.
Early termination of agreement
All costs, fees and charges incurred by the landlord for allowing the early termination.
Stamp Duty Land Tax
Payable on tenancies where the rent (for the whole duration of a tenancy) exceeds £125,000
Late Payment, unpaid or returned rent payments
3% above the base rate set by the Bank of England per annum and calculated daily.
Lost Keys or security devices
Any actual cost for the replacement of key or device.
Fees for Non AST agreements or Company Lets
£325 + VAT
LANDLORD FEES
Letting and Property Management 15% + VAT
Administration Fee £325 + VAT
This is a fixed fee applicable to each tenancy and not per individual tenant. The fee covers a range of works including but not limited to verifying references and drawing up contracts.
